Terms & Conditions on Offers

1. Offer valid only for teenagers (11-18 years old). Age will be determined based on the Aadhaar Card used during completion of KYC.
2. Cashback shall mean money awarded in the customer’s Fyp wallet under the cashback scheme.
3. The cashbacks will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of transaction.
4. Cashback shall not be eligible on different wallet load such as Paytm, amazon pay and likewise.
5. In case the customer reverses a transaction/ cancels orders/ refunds fully or partially, the corresponding cashback earned on the transaction will also be reversed.
6. Eligible Customers will be able to avail this Offer between 2nd October 2021 00:00 hrs to 10th October 2021 23:59 hrs (“Offer Period”).
7. If Fyp discovers any suspicious transactions such transactions won’t be eligible for cashbacks.
8. Maximum cashback offered is 5% per user and up to INR 500.
9. Offer is not applicable on payments made through Debit/ credit Cards, and other Third party wallets- Offer is applicable on payments made through Fyp card only.
10. In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for discount.
11. Fyp reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
12. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or merchant, Fyp reserves the right to deny the offer.
